It didn’t matter what I did, it wouldn’t prosper until I prospered. I used to identify with my circumstances, thinking that my situations had control over me. Well, turns out the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Is was not until I separated myself from my circumstances they began to change. So, when I wasn’t in a good situation in life, I had to detach myself from it, in order to focus on the solution.
It Starts With Our Thoughts, But That’s Not All. I’ve Developed A 3-Step Solution To Master Self-Control.
I’ve discovered the best way to control my life, and it starts with controlling myself. 1, it’s my thoughts, 2 it’s what I say, and 3, is my actions.
1 – Thoughts are where it all starts. They can even make or break your day. Thoughts control our emotions, perceptions, and later, our words and actions. Start your day with a 10 minute meditation out in nature. This is a great way to clear your mind, so that throughout the day you can fill it with more positive thoughts.
2 – Words are powerful. When we speak, we are literally telling our bodies what we want them to do. This is also how hypnotism works. When we repeat something over and over, it begins to enter our subconscious and transforms our habits. When I started speaking good about myself, I began to develop better habits.
3 – And lastly, action is everything. You take all the good thoughts and habits you’ve formed, and act on them, by doing the things which you know will give you a better life. A goal without action is just a dream. Set realistic goals for yourself, and take the action to achieve those goals. It may not happen right away, but steady and consistent action EVERYDAY, is the KEY!

So, In order for you to live the life you deserve, here is a 30-day system that will help you make that change. First, grab a notebook and a pen, and write down 10 realistic goals you wish to accomplish within the year. Once you have your 10 goals, narrow it down to 1-3 goals. Then write down the actions required to get each goal, then put it on your wall. The power of goals are real, and I noticed that I never made progress unless I had a GOAL. Likewise, a ship will sink if it has no destination.
Once you have a goal, then get a routine. Wake up and go to sleep at a set time daily, and for 30 days, meditate the second you wake up. Doing this will clear your mind for the day. And it is important to know what how you begin your day is how it will end. Also, center your routine around your goals so that every day you work on them during a set time without breaking focus.
Also, make sure to cut out all bad habits! I used to watch TV and play games ALL DAY. But once I changed my mindset, I had no desire to waste time doing those things anymore. I cut out all TV, video games, social media use, and anything that was holding me back from my dreams. I spend every minute of every day doing only what I knew would help me accomplish my goals. So, everyday read your goals and act on them as much as you possibly can!

I’ve found that success is not just about hard work or talent, it’s in your mind. Even the most talented people have had to practice, and believe that they would get better everyday. Thoughts can either hold you back or propel you forward to success. Positive thoughts attract positive energy, and give you opportunities and success. And the opposite goes for negative thoughts. Also, practicing gratitude is essential for being feeling happy and successful for what you have already, and will open your door to more abundance.
